How long does it last?

Typical effect: ~20 days. Some may experience 3 days, others up to 6 months, depending on sweat gland activity and temperature.

Can I use it if pregnant or a child?

Yes. The formula is natural, external-use, and safe. Packaging can advise caution for extra safety.

Do I need to shower first?

Not required, but using after a shower gives a fresher feel.

When should I apply it?
